That’s what these two are together! I don’t know how mom can stand it! Big sister loves little brother SO much, and he is enamored with her! I loved watching them interact together. And little man here was on the move! I had to laugh, because there were times that he would stand up, thinking he could just run right across the room, and well, he was wrong, hehehehehe. ADORABLE!
Ok, not all of us. Just me. Thankfully at the END of the session.
Man, we were 30 minutes in to a FANTASTIC family session, so fantastic, that we were done with the kids, one last wide angle shot, and then we were gonna photograph just mom and dad together. This would have been a first, because usually by the time we are done with this crew mom and dad are WAY too spent for photos of the two of them LOL!
Anyhow, I stepped down off the sidewalk (a good 3 foot drop) for the 4th time during the session and hit a nice soggy wet patch of grass/dirt and turned my ankle. It was awesome. Really awesome. Only not
Look, I’ve just made this post about me. Not their photos. But, oh well….I’m pretty much a part of their family, so, by default, this post is at least about their family
These two girls are wonderful. This was one of the best sessions I’ve ever had, because they talked to each other constantly. The entire time, they were talking to me and pretending with each other. At one point, they were both stuck in a (pretend) swamp because their wings got wet and they couldn’t fly. They reminded me so much of the way my sister and I spend our days as kids.
More from this wonderful shoot. I think the part neither of us will forget is the field-trip that coincided with our trip that day. One of the teachers even incorporated her in the tour, passing us with an exclamation of “Oh, hello, Blue Fairy! Look children, it’s a blue fairy!”
This is her wedding dress! She just got married last week! Can you believe she consented to put it all on again and tromp around the Botanical Gardens with me this morning? I love it. We had so much fun. Just a peek while I’m editing.
