This sweet baby girl was such a smiler! Which is sorta funny considering it took me nearly an entire year to get a smile from her big sister! We had a great time hanging out and letting her be the sleepy thing she was. Fingers crossed for mama that she sleeps tonight!!!
about all sorts of things! This sweet girl is one of those minds. I love how inquisitive she is and how she doesn’t just ASK questions. She really and truly listens to the answers! This session I was able to get a ton of different expressions! Mom, Dad, you are SO IN TROUBLE!!!
When Laney strolled in for her Heads Up session I just about died! I mean, seriously….those cheeks, that hair, her smile! She is the total package of pretty and pleasant personality. She has changed so much since her newborn session! I am so excited to watch her grow and see just how curly that hair gets!
I am telling you, I nearly cheered when this sweetie came in for her newborn session! Just loo at that sweet face and all that hair!! Frankie and I teamed up for this one because she wanted to get some AMAZING family shots of them to pair up with the gorgeous maternity session she did for them and I had some ideas for a squishy girl that I wanted to try. Miss R was just PERFECT for everyone right up to the end and we were both able to get what we wanted.
These two are a HOOT. HOOT I tell you! Now, I am sure at home there are times when mom and dad want to pull their hair out. But, when these two come in to the studio, they LOVE each other. Truly love each other. I think what sealed the deal for me on their sibling love affair was this:
We were talking about DS games, and which were their favorite ones. I asked little sister if she ever played the DS and big brother piped up “Oh, YES. You know, she looks little and small, but she is REALLY GOOD at playing the DS. She doesn’t play it like a baby. She can PLAY it.”
I know, that seems like such a small statement, but anyone with children, especially older brother/little sister children will know what a true testament to love this is! Big brothers just don’t openly gush about their little sisters
And, she loves him too. So so so much! There are a few photos I have of her just staring at him in complete admiration while he is totally oblivious. Yes, friends, they can totally get on each others nerves at home but get them out in public and their true feelings for each other come out
Of happiness!!! This sweet duo is part of our Tales From the Crib club! It’s been a blast watching them grow. Even more fun to see them for preschool photos in between their sessions
They both had a great time running around being chased, and captured, by mom and dad! I can’t believe it’s been a year already!!!
