I borrowed Miss Q. here to practice some studio lighting with. Frankie usually does our studio work (because I’m bad at it), but I wanted to learn and try some ideas I had and her mommy graciously let me steal her for the morning.

I know just about everyone knows this girl by now. Her beautiful baby brother was just born a few weeks ago and I begged her mom for some furniture fun shots last week. Miss. L. is so funny too. For these, we were talking about how when someone farts, a unicorn is born. She didn’t believe me when I said I farted unicorns and pooped rainbows. I nearly had her convinced when I said that brown horses were really poopy unicorns, but she finally decided I was wrong. Her mommy says she’s not allowed to talk about that stuff except when I’m there! Sorry Michelle, I’m responsible for your daughter’s potty mouth!

This session was so fun! More furniture outside this time. I was so jazzed by the antique suitcase they have; they are using it as a table! The petti’s were a hit too!

Yes, I got someone to let me haul their furniture outside for some photos! In fact, I really did help carry this huge couch outside and I have the bruises to prove it! This couch was her grandmother’s and is in MINT condition. Plus, how wonderful are they to have a wardrobe that co-ordinates with the dog??

Lollipops, too! But seriously… every time this little girl would begin to fuss, we would offer her some gummies and it was allllll good
She had some rockin’ outfits and was ADORABLE… you don’t even know how hard it was to pick so few out for the blog.

and hers too! This mom contacted us a while ago to get a CA session for her youngest daughter. She later wanted to turn it in to an urban session for the whole family…well…my respones…HECK YEAH!
Talk about getting down with my inner grunge…today was all about brick and texture and grittiness. I loved every minute of it, and I hope they did too!

Meet Miss. M. Oh, she was a total sweetheart. Not only did we manage to get through three clothing changes (wow for a 15 monther!), but she was just full of smiles. Plus, look at that red hair. You all know I have a love for redheads. As usual, this fairytale session was done out at the Botanical Gardens.

These girls were so perfect. This was a last minute thing so we didn’t get rained out today, so we moved it to yesterday. I’m so in love with Fairy Tale sessions. As usual, these were taken at the UGA Botanical Gardens here in Athens. It threatened to rain the entire time we were there, but the skies finally let go 2/3rds of the way in, so I put them in petti’s and had them pond splashing/stomping for a while. I love moms that are willing to just let me do whatever I want!
