This lovely red headed beauty was as fiery as her hair color. But anyone who knows me, knows I love a good challenge. She and I were fast friends, and by the end of the shoot I think she was a little reluctant to go home
I had a fabulous time making the most of her 5 year old session! Her smile melts my heart!
Seriously, these boys have got to be some of the sweetest, kindest, happiest boys I have ever met. I had a migraine this morning for this session, but these kids made my life so much easier. Every little thing I asked, and nary a fake smile or an eye roll to be seen. Plus, just look at them, aren’t they beautiful boys? They’re the big brothers of this girl and this girl.
And, we are ALL about making having your photo taken FUN! This little bitty makes it easy to have fun. She’s inquisitive, witty, and spunky
I have been having a load of fun taking advantage of all the different looks the new studio has provided us! We hit the natural light room, studio lighting and outdoor during her session. AMAZING! I can’t get over how much cuteness and spunk is packaged in this little wee one!
These kids are certainly that to their parents, and I can see why! We had a fabulous time hanging out at the Botanical Gardens on Tuesday! I enjoyed the age differences in these kids as it very much reminded me of my own! Mom and Dad were laid back and went right along with all the craziness I suggested. You know, like, “all three of you hold hands”. I know they had to be thinking…WHAT!? SERIOUSLY!? You want the two year old to even sort of hold hands!? Bwahahhahahaha. I know, I was CRAZY. But, you’d never know it by looking at these photos, now would you
I met this handsome young man out at the Botanical Gardens yesterday! He was photographed by Heather in his home last year, and this year his parents opted for something different!
We could not have asked for more perfect weather! We had a nice stroll through the Botanical Gardens and I enjoyed watching Mr. Blue Eyes explore! Mom and Dad, you have a wonderfully inquisitive and handsome little boy! It was wonderful to be a part of your family photos this year!
This little guy isNot only is he a happy little man, but he smells SO GOOD! I am not looking to have any more children, really I’m not. I don’t miss sleepless nights, diaper duty and the general lack of language. Unless of course you consider crying to be a language. But, I do miss that sweet baby smell. *sigh* THAT I really miss!

So I finally got to test drive my brand new chocolate brown gown this evening! This sweetheart is super shy but so so gorgeous. I LOVED to watch her with her little brother because it’s so so plain that she just loves him to bits. He strolled up and patted her dress and said “Oh, so pretty!” and she replies “You should have been born a girl if you wanted to be in the pictures!” This lovely girl did every single thing I asked of her and she is a brilliant princess!
