Oh, this sweetie was so good to me. Didn’t pee on me, didn’t poop on me, slept nearly the whole time and let me do just about whatever I wanted. Plus, mom and dad have the BEST house, so I got to do a lot of neat things with their personal items. Love it! Plus, check out that giant smile we got!
and then there is another line to that song, but I am too beat to remember it! 12 hour day at the studio, fabulous, awesome sessions, fabulous, awesome people. And I, am a fabulously, awesome, tired person!

Let me just tell you how much I LOVE this family. They’re From the Crib plan graduate as of this session and I love to see how she’s changed over the year. They’re both really into vintage, so I was excited about the tree they had. White and decorated in 50’s style glass ornaments, plus it was in a bright orange room. LOVE IT!! Here she is at 8 months and 4 months.
Oh how I LOVE this age! They are sitting, they are crawling a little but, but oh how they are HAPPY! Little Man came in to the studio still asleep. Woke up with an INSTANT smile! Be still my heart

And I am L O V I N G it!!! This family came in for newborn photos 7 months ago, and wanted to do a little family photo for their holiday cards, as well as capture Lil’ Miss Blue Eyes in her new found milestone…SITTING UP! Mom can be my personal shopper any day of the week! Hmmm, that’s an idea….Tina, perhaps we can hire you on as our full-time stylist!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!We had a huge and overwhelming response to our request for toys and donations for the Athens Area Homeless Shelter. Our clients, friends, and family came through BIG TIME. We were able to provide SEVENTEEN children ages 1-14 with their own personal bags of toys as well as a variety of toys to choose from that surrounded Santa. We had several of you email our request our to your entire mailing lists, local clubs and organizations, as well as a few businesses. We are TRULY incredibly grateful for your generosity. A delayed Manic Monday…
Here’s the scoop…
Stylized Portraiture photographs the Athens Area Homeless Shelter’s annual Breakfast with Santa that is hosted at Long Horn Steak House. I just received an email from Todd (the GM) letting me know that they were short on toys this year. This is soooo not OK with me! This will be the 4th year we have done this event. Let me tell you, I look forward to this EVERY YEAR…these kids light up like Christmas trees themselves when they walk in and see the toys that sit just behind Santa’s chair. Toys for THEM!!! It truly melts everyone in the restaurant…..the looks on their faces, the smile so wide it eats up their cheeks.
So…what does this mean? Well….for this late Manic Monday, we are calling on our friends to help us make this Christmas just as special for these kids!
$25 in toy donations gets you a FREE SESSION in 2009.
Please keep in mind that this is not ONE $25 toy….it is as much as you can purchase for $25….we will be needing a lot of gifts for these kids. On top of this…for every $25 in toy donations you bring to the studio, Stylized Portraiture will MATCH it!!! Not in the mood for shopping? Bring in a cash donation of $25 and we will shop for you! We will be shopping Friday evening.

Ohhhhh, I cannot lie….I am EXHAUSTED after this week…slap exhausted. But, I have a few sessions from today that need sneak peeks, and one from Wednesday too! Trying to prepare for a wedding we have to photograph tomorrowI will come back with details on these lovely families tomorrow….or Sunday….or…..someday
