Terri and Dustin Tie the Knot!

Ohhhhh my goodness, where to begin… Terri and Dustin’s wedding took place at Spring Valley EcoFarms and the reception at Terrapin this past Saturday, and let me tell you… it was the most FUN and UNIQUE wedding I’ve ever been to!  From the hayride down to the oak tree where the wedding took place, to the kazoos the wedding party played “Here Comes the Bride” on, to the bikes they rode down the aisle, everything about it was definitely not something you find at a typical wedding!  Heather, Whitney, and I had a BLAST!!!  Thanks Terri and Dustin for letting us be a part of the big day, and hope you’re having a blast on your honeymoon:)

Wii said I DO!!!

No, not me…Katie and David did! This past Saturday at Marswood Hall in Watkinsville, GA. Both are gamers and had their engagement session at the Bowling Alley!!! Yes, awesome, I know:)

Anyhow, the celebration was wonderful and the happy couple are hanging out at Disney for their much deserved honeymoon! I hope you guys get to experience all the “magic” of that place:)

This memorial is for Katie’s pop. It was so sweet.

The kiss from the first love of her life, before she went down the aisle. Followed by the kiss to seal the I DO deal!

David sang a surprise song to Katie during the reception. Katie truly thought I had lost my mind by dragging her and her parents out into the hallway while he prepared!

Oh, and a SHOUT OUT to Sue Ann of Holland Photography! She hooked me up and was my second shooter for this wedding. Can’t wait to see how she captured the day!

Lucky doesn’t even begin to describe it…

I mean, seriously….Jenn and Travis are not only lucky to have found each other. But they are LUCKY that Saturday was FABULOUS weather. You would have NEVER known it was the middle of July in Georgia!  It was “cool”, it was breezy, it was BEAUTIFUL!

Jenn and Travis said their “I Dos” at Milledge Ave. Baptist Church, then celebrated in true party fashion at the Lyndon House. Both fabulous places here in Athens, GA.

The ceremony was sweet and touching and had beautiful solos by two fabulous singers. The members of this wedding party and their families are by far some of the most awesome people to work with. They were all totally chill and up for any wacky thing I suggested they might do. Thank you!

And it was PERFECT! Beautiful weather (despite the bit of rain at the reception), BEAUTIFUL ceremony, wonderful couple, fabulous parents. Great great great! I hope Kelly and Jason are enjoying their well deserved time alone:)

Beautiful bride: check

Beautiful venue: check

Beautiful wedding party: CHECK

Carrie and Tim are an amazing couple. True love from their SOULS. And theirs isn’t just some perfect fairy tale either. They didn’t randomly get to this point….they WORKED for it. Constantly growing and nurturing their relationship, getting it to the level where saying I DO was as easy and natural as breathing.

Thank you guys for allowing us to share in this awesome day. We TRULY enjoyed EVERY second of it:)

A VERY personal way to say ‘I DO!’

Chelci planned EVERY part of this wedding herself. Of course, with the help of some, but so much of this ceremony and celebration were a true part of HER. She invested a TON of time into each and every detail. Hand making her bouquet, her jewelry, the bridesmaids goodies, etc. It was a pleasure and an honor to see two of the most fabulous people make their love eternal and official!

Sign, sealed, delivered, I’m YOURS!

Allie and Ryan held their ceremony at Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee in Eatonton, GA. Already, before they had even said their vows, their patience, courage, and trust was tested. The ceremony on the point…not happening. The rain stopping…not happening. The power going OUT….happening. So, yea…the events leading up to the actual “I DOs” was not their idea of a fairy tale. However…standing there, at that alter, in front of God and everyone saying I DO….perfect beginning to the story that will be the rest of their lives!

I don’t usually do this, but I am going to put a TON of images up for them on the blog. Why? Why THIS wedding? Well, I owe it to them. Not only because they are so fabulous, but because I know, deep down….everyone is wondering if we were able to capture ANYTHING. Well friends…yes we were:)
