This little sweetie is a little older than we usually get for newborns, so we only got two twenty minute bits of him asleep, so we made them count! I just love his little lips and feet!

This little girl was seriously the best newborn all year. She came in asleep, she left still asleep. She never peed or pooped on anything plus she let me do anything I wanted to her. I got a whole bunch of shots I haven’t gotten before, including a brand new idea with the wheat sheaves. This family’s all the way in from Clermont, Ga, but they love what we do, so we were happy to see this 7 day old cutie!

I took a trip down to Florida to photograph the newest member of this family! Baby J was all the rave at his house! Mom and Dad are obviously in love, and big sister is smitten with him! It was fabulous hanging out with the 4 of them this past Saturday. Can’t wait for them to see them all!
Ha! Baby C stopped by the studio with her mom for a quick little visit. And, when I say quick, I mean QUICK. They were here less than an hour, and we spent most of that time chatting it up lol! But, look at just how expressive she was at just a few days old!
This sweetie is sure one of the most memorable recent newborns we’ve had. Check OUT that creamy perfect skin! I bought this blue flower pot with this boy in mind and I was so not letting them get out of there without getting that shot. The other dotty one and the brown one were afterthoughts, but I actually ended up liking those better!
Oh, normally we get our newborns in at around 7 to 10 days old, but this mommy found our website 28 days after the little man was born. She badly wanted ‘newborn’ type photos so we agreed to give it a shot. He got there asleep, then woke up and peed on me, then hung out awake for two hours, but we finally bested him!
Meet Miss C. Isn’t her hair amazing? Oh, and the the rest of the family too? Gosh, they’re all just gorgeous! These kinds of sessions are the ones I pray for. The bothers were calm and sweet, the house was gorgeous and well lit, Mom and Dad are beautiful. Plus, little tidbits like a 100+ year old crib the baby sleeps in. Oh, and everyone knows my love affair with babies on beds.
Let me just tell you, I walked into this family’s house out on Danielsville and I’m talking to the mother at the front door and I glance over to her dining room. “Hi, I’m Heather. I’m just going to walk around and look at___ Is that PRAM!?!” Oh, I nearly squealed with glee because it really was and I’ve been looking for one this size and color for over a year. Brooke, I’m telling you again, if your friends ever decide to sell it, it’s MINE!
