This wonderful pair have been married for four years now! Each year, they go out on the town for an anniversary session. This time, we did a lifestyle session at Memorial Park and Bear Hollow. See more: Year 3, Year 2 and Year 1. This year we….

… laid around on the job,

… blew funky bubbles,

… played around on the playground,

… told stories,

… fed the geese,

… watched the bears,

… checked out the alligators,

… had fun on the swings,

… had a giggle,

and watched the turtles.
Since this was a Day in the Life type session, I decided to string the photos into a stop-motion video.
This year’s weddings have all been made up of teachers! Not each spouse is a teacher, but at least one of them are. It has been crazy. These two cuties are due to wed in the next few weeks! Cannot WAIT to watch them celebrate and set up a photo booth for them at the reception! Should be FABULOUS fun!

I am beginning to think that the rain just loves me! After a weekend wedding full of showers, tonight’s weather was similar. Not quite the downpour, but certainly not optimal. With Eric having just arrived back in Athens (he is in the military) and their wedding NEXT weekend…We had to capture Chelci and Eric’s love for each other prior to the big day…and FAST. So, the weather was NOT going to hold us back![]()
I can tell you….in the 35 minutes we hung out….this couple is completely…totally…FULLY in love! And in hysterics half the time too. Not many “don’t smile” poses to be had, LOL! Chelci couldn’t hold it together and Eric was SOOOO not helping.
Can’t wait until next weekend guys. I am SOOOO excited for you!
!!!

like, when someone tells a joke…and you don’t realize they are telling a joke…and the situation suddenly becomes awkward because there is the silent pause after the unknowing person responds to your joke in a serious manner….and yes I am rambling…but ramble I believe sums up my outting with Jen and Travis! A couple that I NO DOUBT will have a fabulous time with in July!
Just so you can have a visual of what I was shooting around….it was Prom Night! And the Founder’s Garden was COVERED with young girls in fabulous dresses and their mamarazzi!

and with two people SO in LOVE, it is a VERY beautiful thing!
Tim and Carrie are freakin’ ROCKSTARS!!! I loved every minute of photographing and hanging out with them. We hit Sandy Creek Park on 441 in Athens, then made our way to downtown and UGA’s North Campus. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day. It was also quite educational! Tim is a landscaper and was telling us *me* about all the different trees we were shooting around…AND…I had NO IDEA…but there are MALE and FEMALE trees!!! Yea, I haven’t the hint of a green thumb (unless you mean green as in dollars
) so I had absolutely no clue. But, I can assure I will not forget!
Get this too…Carrie is a teacher…seriously…can you IMAGINE walking into your child’s class and seeing her? I bet she has TONS of parent volunteers! *giggle*

And these two have plenty of it!
Miranda and Josh are two of the cutest, giggliest couples I have worked with! We did a dual location session and hit the UGA Botanical Gardens and then hit the Tracy St. Studio for the more urban look. They were my last engagement session for a while, and their wedding will be my first one back! Can’t wait for November![]()
