I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot today at a new location, the Founder’s Memorial Garden on the University of Georgia campus off of Lumpkin St here in Athens. This garden is gorgeous and a stunning place for photos. At the end of my shoot, I even met a kitty friend (and you all know my love affair with cats and hummingbirds)!

The real prize is the playground. Natural and twisty, it’s a great place for really active kids and parents who don’t want the fake colored playground equipment.
This gorgeous chapel is tucked away in the back of the Botanical Gardens. Nice and shady, it has stone walls, carved stone steps, and lots of ivy.
