Eeeeee! I love this girl. She’s one of our closest friends’ baby girl, but she’s not really a baby anymore!! Look at those gorgeous curls and super sweet eyes. This time we wandered around the Botanical Gardens for some fall session fun. I can’t believe she let us get through 4 outfits! Check out her 18months, 12 months, 8 months and her 4 months sessions!
I know you recognize the smallest of this crew since she’s a Tales From the Crib baby planer graduate back for family holiday photos. I ADORE this family, just want to pick up all the kids and smooch all over them. That kind of love. Aren’t they all gorgeous?
This family captured my heart! Not only are they all gorgeous, but you can really see the love they all have for each other, especially the kids. Little girl just LOVES her brother to bits. I love sessions like this, a nice, easy, comfortable session with lots to chat about and super sweet kids. Plus, mom did a great job on the outfits!!
From the moment she walked into the studio, we were instant friends! This young lady is full of love, laughter and inquisitiveness! We had such a blast playing dress up and talking about Halloween! I can’t wait to see her again!!!

Man, we were 30 minutes in to a FANTASTIC family session, so fantastic, that we were done with the kids, one last wide angle shot, and then we were gonna photograph just mom and dad together. This would have been a first, because usually by the time we are done with this crew mom and dad are WAY too spent for photos of the two of them LOL!
Anyhow, I stepped down off the sidewalk (a good 3 foot drop) for the 4th time during the session and hit a nice soggy wet patch of grass/dirt and turned my ankle. It was awesome. Really awesome. Only not
Look, I’ve just made this post about me. Not their photos. But, oh well….I’m pretty much a part of their family, so, by default, this post is at least about their family
Check OUT this gorgeous family!! Mom did such a great job on the outfits for sure. You just can’t really go wrong with Matilda Jane! Mom emailed me and asked “I have this vintage velvety tufted chair with wood, can I bring it?” UH.. YEAH!! I love how all the kids have such different personalities. Oldest sister is sweet and mellow and patient, oldest brother is super duper funny and smart, younger brother was everywhere and curious about everything and littlest baby girl was just watching and thinking about everything. I had a great time with them as well, but the best part was at the end of the session when mom says “Oh, thank you for making this so painless!!”

We had a ton of fun in the studio last night hanging out and playing. The best part I think is when little brother got his bottle, walked over to me, and plopped down in my lap. Despite having 489 children of my own, I’ve never claimed to be a baby magnet. However, this little guy was quite the snuggle bug with me! Mom and Dad were certain we didn’t get any shots. Oh how I love surprising folks
