This super sweet family was seeing family in Winder this weekend, but they flew all the way from New Jersey! I think they did a great job putting together the wardrobe for everyone and the little ones were pretty open for whatever we wanted to do.

I love sessions that turn into one giant romp through the gardens! This evening was a long string of two-word sentences from this little guy. His mommy booked this session about 8 months ago, but wanted him walking for this session. He finally was bipedal, but then it was insanely hot. Then we were one again and it was cool, but poor guy was sick. Then I was sick. Then I had jury duty! Finally, we got together tonight for a good session. He spent the time saying things like “Throw it.” or “Touch it.” or “Funny!” Right at the end of the session, he stated “All done.”

All of the people around us they say
Can they be that close
Just let me state for the record
We’re giving love in a family dose
Living life is fun and we’ve just begun
To get our share of the world’s delights
high hopes we have for the future
And our goal’s in sight
All the way down from North Carolina, these sweet sisters made my Labor so much fun!!!

And we sang it over….and over….and over again![]()
But it was worth it to get these gorgeous baby photos! My favorite part is that the dress in the first two photos was mama’s when she was a baby! We won’t talk about how long ago that was, now will we![]()
As you scroll you’ll see her change from vintage baby to modern baby. It’s one of the many reasons I love shooting at the studio….so many looks all in one location![]()

And that’s just what we’ve gotten to do with this little beauty! Amazingly, she hasn’t changed much at all in her first year! As a Tales From the Crib baby planner we’ve seen her through each of her milestones during her first year! What a joy it has been! Her eyes have remained a stunning blue, and her grin is a little more toothy now
Happy birthday baby G!!!
