Let’s face it, a good majority of our clients out there are moms! And, as we started gearing up for our 2010 Manic Mondays, we really wanted to keep you moms in mind for the freebies! So, today’s Manic Monday give away can be a mom’s best friend!

And, as if that weren’t enough, she is also married to a fabulous military man who is currently deployed! So, on top of her full-time single mom gig, she is making these way cool diaper holders. Everyone loved the Valentine’s Day mini sessions we did last year! It was so much fun

This year, we have decided to give a little extra LOVE back to the American Heart Association! We will be doing fundraiser mini-mini sessions on January 27, 28 and 29! Anyone who donates will have their turn in front of the camera AND receive 10 PHOTO Valentine’s Day cards! These are PERFECT for passing out to classmates or relatives when wanting to give them something different!

These will be run just like our Halloween Fundraiser and you will get to view your images and pick your cards on the spot! No appointment is necessary, but if you will drop us a comment, email or phone call to let us know you are interested, we would appreciate it!!!

For those of you who aren’t on our Facebook page, we wanted to give you a Food Bank update! With the overwhelming amount of support we received from you, our fabulous friends and community, we were able to raise over $1,500!!! Not to mention the GENEROUS amount of FOOD we received.

I had to leave early Friday so I didn’t get to see all of you. But, I did return to the studio that evening to make sure we got everyone’s photos on FB before Halloween! When I arrived, I was taken aback by the amount of food. I could NOT believe it! It was so much more than I EVER expected! Then, I sat down to work on the photos and saw the donations that were made with checks and cash. REALLY!? SERIOUSLY!? Yup, it was at that point I LOST it. Cried like a baby dinosaur with a blue lollipop What a wonderful place we live in! I cannot tell you all enough how thankful Heather and I are. Not to mention the Northeast Georgia Food Bank! With the cash alone, that is over 6,000 meals!!!! A-mazing. You all are such an inspiration to me…I know that sounds corny, but really. I hear often how hard times are. We KNOW that….everyone we know has been affected by in some way, shape or form. But here, in a time when things are not as good as we would like them to be….you, a community that has suffered just like everyone else….furloughs, loss of jobs, helping out family, just suffering because of the chain effect. Yea, YOU all made this happen. It didn’t matter that you might not have that $5 to spare…you did it anyway….why? Because the people you are helping out are in more need than you, and you recognize that. Thank you Athens, Watkinsville, Jefferson, Comer, Colbert, Braselton, Bishop, Bogart, Hull, Winterville, and many other surrounding areas….YOU did this! And for what you have done, I am forever grateful.

I am hoping to put up some photos in a little bit! I have early morning sessions, but want you all to see the fabulous costumes we had come through the studio!
