Welcome Julie Moon!

We love keeping you on your toes and bringing you new and exciting things at Stylized Portraiture! This time, we promise, we are NOT moving, but growing:)

We are happy to announce the addition of another photographer to our crew! Please, everyone stop by the Facebook page and give a shout out to the new SP older children and families with older kids photographer, Julie Moon!!!

Prior to  joining up with Stylized Portraiture, she ran her own photography business, Julie Moon Photography.  She lives here in Athens with her husband and their three beautiful children.  We are excited to bring her talent and creativity to the Stylized Portraiture team!

Little frog in the rain

Mom showed up for this session and said “It monsooned ay my house this morning for three hours, so I just packed all the rain gear.” Uh, YEAH! This was such a quick session because this guy was all smile all the time. I think the only time he wasn’t smiling was when his big sister was helping’ him with the hose.

New fairytales site

Fairytale sessions now have their own page! As Stylized Portraiture continues to grow and change, we’ve decided that the fairytale sessions need to have their own little corner and not be all crammed in with the rest of the studio’s photos. So, explore the new galleries, read previous posts and email us if you spot any errors! Country summer

Mom emailed and asked for a session that felt like ‘country summer’.  We scheduled her for a session at the botanical gardens for the long grass and log fences, but then actually getting the session done was a calamity of errors. The gardens moved the long grass, it rained three times so we had to reschedule, then one of the boys got a giant bruise on his poor head and we had to reschedule again. Finally we got a day with 0% chance of rain and I fully expected mom to call me that night and tell me one of the boys had gotten a stomach bug or something else that would have us rescheduling again. But, nothing bad happened and we had a FANTASTIC session.

Little sweet girl

I am telling you, I nearly cheered when this sweetie came in for her newborn session! Just loo at that sweet face and all that hair!! Frankie and I teamed up for this one because she wanted to get some AMAZING family shots of them to pair up with the gorgeous maternity session she did for them and I had some ideas for a squishy girl that I wanted to try. Miss R was just PERFECT for everyone right up to the end and we were both able to get what we wanted.
