‘Tis a Birthday Bash!

This family is a Style For Life family. Twice a year, they bring in the kids for their annual birthday sessions! I love watching these guys grow. I cannot believe how big they’ve gotten. Seriously, last time, getting smiles was like pulling teeth, and this time, they have come in with missing teeth! Amazing. They are the BEST BEHAVED group of 6 children. Not that I know many families with more kids than me, but these guys are wonderful! Happy birthday you three! Can’t wait for the other three to come in:)

Ohhhh yes. Last year, Mr. T was photographed with a Cootie! This year, he found me a wee bit more entertaining don’t you think!?

And, like I said…..best behaved 6 siblings ever. Are they picture perfect or what!?

And Baby Girl makes 5!

Sara loves photography as much as I do! She also loves her crazy family. While we have lots of people call us for the satin, wrapped, intimate maternity photos. Her only request from me was “not traditional”. Now, I must say, everyone’s idea of traditional is different. So, I took this to mean, NO WRAPS , LOL! So, we didn’t even pull them out. We made this all about the crazy, fun family new baby girl was going to be a part of! Can’t wait to see how this little princess looks when she arrives!

Business Spotlight: Honey’s Salon!

Honey’s Salon (http://honeyssalon.com/) is located in the Historic Chase St. Park Warehouse….ok, yes, so are we! I have been going to Honey’s since they moved in over a year ago. Now, most of you know that my hair is my favorite accessory and I will push it to the extreme! Honey’s has a fabulous talent for balancing out my “wild and crazy” side with my, “I want to rock my hair like I’m 17, childless, and don’t run a business” side. Jo, LoLo, and Stephanie combine their talents and personalities to make a visit to Honey’s a fabulous one! If ever you can’t find me in the studio, I am more than likely hanging out over in the salon!

Usually you see salon photos with a bit of a hard, edgy look. Well, Honey’s is neither of those things, so that wasn’t gonna work out to well for them. So, when they came to me with this idea of a 50′s housewife theme with a twist of who they are….it was FANFRICKINTASTIC!!! Love you girls, thanks for a fabulous Monday morning!
